How to make thai food: Spicy pork
Ingredients
1 lb of boneless pork
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
1/4 cup of toasted ground rice
1 tb sp chopped fresh Thai chili
1 tb sp chopped fresh kaffir lime leaf
2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1/2 lime
Preparation
1.Mince the pork (we like Kai's two knife technique though a mincer or food processor will work just as well)
2.Add 1/4 cup of water to a hot pan and add the minced pork. Cook for 3 minutes stirring continuously.
3.Add the lime leaf and the toasted rice. Stir well and turn off the heat.
4.Add chili and fish sauce and stir well.
5.Add 1/2 lime and stir thoroughly once again.
6.Serve on a dish and garnish with chopped green onion
